During the Covid pandemic downtime we put our heads and our hearts together and wrote two 31 day devotionals entitled Scriptures, Quotes & Jokes For My Husband and Scriptures, Quotes & Jokes For My Wife.
The books are a quick, easy and fun read. One is for the husband and one is for the wife. Our hope is that these books will strengthen relationships and bring marriages closer together.
The Books
All proceeds from the books will support the I’m Every Woman Leadership Conference. This conference is a subsidiary of Buckner, Brooks and Heights Entertainment, a 501c3 organization who partners with other nonprofits that raise awareness and help bring financial support through fundraising to organizations that support various issues related to women and children.
The story of
Lyle Johnson
Lyle Johnson is a CrossFit junkie and a motivational speaker. Lyle has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals through his seminars and programs, training them to go from where they are to where they dream to be.
He has also consulted for many top corporations and government agencies, including The United States Army, Nike, The Ozzie Smith Foundation, and the St. Louis Cardinals Organization. He has spoken nationally at churches to raise the standards in health and wellness.

Phylliss Johnson
Phylliss Johnson is a native of Wichita Kansas. In 2000, she founded Buckner Brooks & Heights Entertainment, a 501c3 whose mission is to serve through fundraising. This organization partners with other nonprofits that empower women and children to help strengthen communities..
Phylliss is a member of the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies senior citizen hip hop dance team, The Grizzlie Grannies & Grandpas. This group performs at Memphis Grizzlies home games and are a crowd favorite.
Her philanthropy work also includes her signature event the, I’m Every Woman Leadership Conference which is hosted in Wichita KS, Memphis TN, and St. Louis MO every summer. When she’s not raising awareness or dancing Phylliss writes and performs Stand Up comedy.
Phylliss and Lyle reside in a suburb of Memphis, TN.
